To be eligible for an exchange, your item must have a defect or experience shipping damage. If you're requesting a different size the apparel must be in the same condition that you received it . All apparel items must be unworn and unwashed without body odor or fragrance. If 20 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a exchange.

For accessories or drinkware exchange requests due damage. Please take a photo of merchandise and include in email requests.

Once your product is received inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your exchange item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange request.

Items will be shipped within 7-10 Business days.

All express items should make it by Christmas.
